50 Book Project is Finished
Here’s the final book in my 50 Book Project and it’s one of my new favorites, Secret Belgian Binding. My friend Gerry showed me how to make this several months ago and it’s one that I’ll be adding to my repertoire.
For the covers I used a navy book cloth and a marbled paper created by Chena River Marblers. The signatures are pre-made ones from Hollanders, which I just love working with.
And talking of Hollanders, they have a good tutorial on their site for the Secret Belgian Binding.
I have to say that I’m happy this project is over. It took three times as long as I planned but I’ve learned A LOT on the journey (blog post about this to follow in the new year). If you want to check out the rest of the books, you’ll find links to all the books on the 50 Book Project tab at the top of website.
Thanks for sticking with me during this challenge and have a wonderful 2018!
