Art Journal Page: Growth is Optional

I want to share with you today the journal page I created using my Week 3 Journal Prompt.

I created the mixed media page on a 140lb watercolor base.  Here’s a list of some of the items I included:

Vintage book pages, old handwritten letter, magazine & catalog images, scrapbook papers, washi tape, drywall tape and paint chips.

And some of the different art materials and tools I used:

Gesso, acrylic paints, permanent inks, watercolor crayons, ink, rubbers stamps and Pitt artist pens.

I didn’t post a journal prompt this week – I was on vacation, but will return next Saturday with Week 5.
