Halloween Card on Vintage Book Page
I haven’t had a minute to stamp all week, but today I squeezed in a little fun. Well, I say fun because Halloween projects are always a challenge for me. I’m more of a butterflies and flowers kind of gal, not dark and grungy, but I gave it a shot and created a Halloween card.
I stamped the Artistic Outpost image (Generation Redux plate) onto a page of old German book and mounted it onto a piece of pattered paper that must be at least 5 years old 🙂 I stamped some text and numbers on the paper and grunged it up a little bit too.
I gave the ladies gold hats (cut from an old Christmas envelope) and embellished them with black rhinestones. A button here and a sentiment (Vintage Halloween plate) there and it was all done. Not too painful.
Have a wonderful weekend!

This is a great ATC Ali – love the stamped image and the little rhinestones on the hats! Looks good with the white space of the card – makes it stand out. I love the text background too!

Wonderful ATC card!

The ATC alone is fabulous but when it adhered to the white cardbase it makes it “pop”. I am not very good with white space but find it appealing when others create this way.
Like that you stamped onto text.

Don’t you just love it though, when you step out of a comfort zone? This is a wonderful ATC aka card! Your stamping on the spook text is very clever! Do more, because it is awesome!

Looks great, Ali! And now you can add ‘hat designer’ to your creative resume. Love it!
